Church family, we want to remind you that we continue to host the D.R.C. (Disaster Relief Center) at our church campus. The current schedule is Mon-Sat 9-7 and Sunday 1-5. We do not currently have an end date. Please remember these hours, as they could impact your groups, volunteers, and events. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the office. We also want to inform everyone that our campus is not a donation drop-off. If you have donations and want to help, please call 311 to be directed to donation drop-off locations. This is such a blessing to us and to our community. Please pray for those impacted by Hurricane Debby and all the county, government, police, fire, rescue, and volunteers working so hard to help.
We do have an opportunity for you to serve while we are hosting. We would like to contribute breakfast items, such as donuts, pastries, etc., in the mornings, as well as snacks, drinks, baked goods, and desserts throughout the day. Additionally, we are looking for a home-cooked meal big enough to serve about 50 to 100 people, when or if possible. If you're interested in helping, please sign up and choose a day from the calendar. We also welcome pizza gift cards, Publix gift cards, cups, plates, forks, napkins, trash bags, etc. If you need help signing up, please call the office at 941-924-0107 or contact us at info@sarasotacc.org.
